The 1060HS is a state of the art Vertical Machining Centre. The HS stands for High Speed which is exactly what we aim to deliver. High precision, high quality components at high speed which in turn reflects on the cost of the component. With a rapid traverse rate of 43 metres per minute and spindle speeds up to 12000 rpm we are able to reduce machining times without reducing quality and pass these savings directly to our customers.

CadCam Technology

Using CadCam Technology our speciality is in the field of 3D milling. We can produce very complex 3D components direct from a 3D model supplied by our customer. There is no need to produce fully detailed drawings. We simply take the 3D model delivered via email in the form of an Iges file. We then interpret that model using our CadCam software and upload the program to our machine.
